Elizabeth Gregory Home addresses the root causes of homelessness among women. Your donation to EGH will help women who are homeless break the cycle of homelessness and begin a new independent life. Over 50% of our funding comes directly from individuals like you. Elizabeth Gregory Home is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, therefore, donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

EGH relies heavily on the generosity of donors for many of the essential items it needs to run the Day Center and Transitional Home which provide for the needs of homeless women. How We Use Your Gift
Founded in 2006, Elizabeth Gregory Home is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In 2015, Elizabeth Gregory Home had income of $721,300, including $219,707 in in-kind contributions. EGH had expenses of $503,898. EGH has a diversified funding stream with over 90% of our total expenses dedicated to direct program services. (Amounts will be updated when our 2016 990 form is completed)
In 2016, we served 691 individual women for a total of 10,678 visits. We provided 11,831 hot nutritious meals at EGH and an additional 37,450 pounds of groceries were provided for women to take with them. Thirty nine women secured permanent housing, and thirteen women entered transitional housing.
